Deputy Clifton J. Griffin 

Deputy Griffin began his law enforcement career in the United States Army as a Military Police officer.  As a Sergeant, he served as a physical security non-commissioned officer in charge and a watercraft operator during his 4 years of Active duty service.  Deputy Griffin deployed twice in support of US Army South Command and Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation Enduring Freedom.

In May 2012 Deputy Griffin signed on as an Auxiliary Officer with the Windsor Police Department.  In October 2012, he began working for the Isle of Wight County Sheriff's Office.  Deputy Griffin enjoys shooting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
